"Not allowed" means you (or somebody else) already tried to many wrong codes, it's no more possible to unlock it by code only by hardware in an unlocking shop.

It's not a matter of money. The forum uses only software and as far as I know there no way by soft. I know it can be unlock only by hardware and we are not able to do that because we have no hardware.
